This is a demanding and highly rewarding EA role for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, taking ownership, and contributing to the success of a growing international business.

Our client is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support both the CEO and COO of a rapidly expanding, pan-European organisation. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative and ambitious team, offering real exposure and the opportunity to grow with the business.

Primarily London-based, with flexibility and occasional travel as required.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing daily communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and international contacts across Europe
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for the CEO and COO
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and challenging schedules
  • Liaising closely with the wider executive and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Planning and supporting board meetings, corporate events, dinners and conferences
  • Managing detailed travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visas and transfers
  • Preparing and assisting with presentations and executive materials
  • Maintaining accurate information logs and meeting records to support compliance requirements
  • Handling expense submissions efficiently and accurately
  • Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Supporting the smooth running of the London office alongside broader EA responsibilities

The skills you’ll bring:

  • Significant EA or PA experience supporting senior executives at C-suite level
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational capability
  • Ability to work at pace, juggle competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with confidence working across senior stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with confidence using modern digital and AI tools

  • Fluency in Spanish, an additional European language would be an advantage
