An innovative Venture Capital firm is looking for a resourceful and business-minded EA/PA to support 3 Partners with their hectic lives. You will work in lovely state of the art offices full of bright minds. The culture is inclusive, vibrant and high-achieving!

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Acting as the organisational lynchpin for the 3 Partners
  • Managing complex diaries, travel and organising meetings
  • Working closely with stakeholders, clients and portfolio businesses, building external relationships
  • Developing strong working relationships across the whole office
  • Researching and preparing material for meetings
  • Organising internal events and corporate hospitality
  • Supporting with personal administration as required
