This role will suit a brilliant EA who likes working in a prestigious and fast-paced firm with a great track record. They need someone who is highly capable and can hit the ground running.
Start date: 1st April 2026 for 13 months and reports into the CEO.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Diary, expenses, correspondence, documentation, travel
- Arranging meetings, lunches, hospitality, in-house staff & client events, organising seminars, client receptions, building out relationships, arranging sponsorships of events, researching and liaising with venues
- Creating presentations, invitations, brochures, reports and marketing material
- Updating the website, LinkedIn
- Researching competitors
- Managing contracts, renewals, policies
- Keeping the budgets updated and reporting on spend
- Tracking HR records, helping with onboarding, recruitment, training, contracts, references and other HR projects including tracking holidays and sickness
The skills you need to bring:
- 5 years’+ as a PA / EA
- Exposure to HR or marketing administration
- Exceptional admin and organisational skills
- Superb IT skills with MS Office, Canva, Campaign Master, Eventbrite
- A collaborative, practical, proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Brilliant communication skills
