Supporting an inspiring team of two global heads in Finance, this role will offer you the opportunity to engage with senior leadership and you will be key to their success. If you’re proactive, calm under pressure and someone who can “connect the dots,” even when timelines are tight, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones, including global meeting coordination
- Governance and committee coordination for key transversal initiatives, ensuring timeline alignment and smooth logistics
- End-to-end coordination of critical finance processes
- Travel management (bookings, hotels, ground transport, visas)
- Planning and coordinating of site visits, internal conferences, and trainings (including year-end close visits across Europe, US, and Asia)
- Expenses support and day-to-day team assistance, inbox management and call handling
- Support with quarterly finance communications, newsletters and ad hoc community surveys
- Active collaboration within the EA community, acting as a trusted liaison and providing cover/support where needed
The skills you need to bring:
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, including C-level stakeholder support
- Strong business judgement, discretion, and comfort handling confidential information
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Collaborative, service-minded and adaptable with a practical, solutions-first mindset
