Are you a French-speaking EA with experience supporting a client-facing team in financial/professional services?

Are you a strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels, with clients and European offices?

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Liaising with external clients and internal teams for meeting & VC organisation
  • Organising global travel arrangements and expenses
  • Producing/editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Organising team and department meetings and events/offsites
  • Working closely with other EAs, providing support to each other

The skills you need to bring:

  • 5+ years’ EA experience ideally within financial services – available for November start.
  • Fluent English and French
  • Strong and confident communication skills
  • Desire to be part of a successful, high-performing team
  • Experience booking global travel
  • Ability to work to deadlines
