Are you a highly experienced EA with extensive experience within Investment Banking/Private Equity? Do you thrive working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment? A prestigious Banking firm is looking for a 1st class EA. You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support to a demanding and dynamic MD with some additional support to a small team.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
- Inbox management/gatekeeping
- Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
- Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality
- Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
- Creating and editing reports and presentations
The skills you need to bring:
- Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking/Private Equity is essential – front office and/or client-facing team/dept highly advantageous
