A small family office based in SW3, close to Sloane Square, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide seamless support on a part-time basis, two days per week.
This is a rare opportunity for a meticulous, highly organised and discreet EA who takes genuine pride in creating order, maintaining high standards and ensuring that every detail is handled with precision and care. The successful candidate will be practical, dependable and naturally diligent, with previous experience supporting within a family office or private household environment.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing all administration relating to multiple private residences globally
- Meticulously reconciling accounts, payments and household expenditure
- Overseeing insurance policies, invoices and bill payments
- Providing basic technology support and coordinating new equipment setup
- Arranging complex travel itineraries, visas and accommodation
- Coordinating private events, dinners and invitations
- Managing deliveries, online orders and household logistics
- Liaising with household staff, contractors, gardeners, builders and vehicle providers
- Ensuring all household operations run efficiently and seamlessly
