EA – Client Marketing, Investment firm (West End, 4 days in)

Do you have 5+ years’ experience supporting a client-facing team in financial services, with experience organising global travel?

\\n\\n

Are you a strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels, with clients and internal teams?

What you’ll be doing day to day:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Extensive calendar management using judgement and initiative to prioritise
  • \\n\\t

  • Liaising with external clients and internal teams for complex and high-profile meetings
  • \\n\\t

  • Proactively setting up prep-meetings ahead of client meetings
  • \\n\\t

  • Gatekeeping – managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • \\n\\t

  • Organising global travel and all logistics including visas & expense management
  • \\n\\t

  • Coordinating complex itineraries including materials preparation
  • \\n\\t

  • Producing correspondence, reports, and presentations, checking grammar, punctuation and spelling
  • \\n\\t

  • Ensuring team members are aware of important deadlines
  • \\n\\t

  • Organising team and department meetings and events
  • \\n\\t

  • Keeping up to date with internal admin policies, practices and guidelines
  • \\n\\t

  • Participating in focus groups when required
  • \\n\\t

  • Working closely with other EAs, providing support to each other
