Our client is a global financial services organisation seeking an exceptional EA to provide high-level executive and business support within the Executive Office. This is a pivotal role within a senior leadership team, supporting a demanding and highly respected Executive who operates at pace.
This is a rare opportunity for a confident, experienced EA who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and acting as a true partner to a C-suite leader.
This role is in-office – with potential flexibility for 4/1 in future.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Extensive and complex diary management at C-suite level
- Multi-party meeting coordination, navigating relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- Preparing schedules and all associated/required documentation for meetings
- Gatekeeper, managing information flow with absolute confidentiality
- Global travel arrangement, preparing detailed itineraries; visas and expenses support
- Forward-planning: anticipating needs and ensuring the Executive is always one step ahead
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Board and committee support
- Maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times
- Being a calm, proactive presence in a high-performance environment
The skills you need to bring:
- Extensive EA experience supporting senior leaders at C-suite level within Financial Services, strong tenure in CV profile
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience preparing board-level materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tact and diplomacy a must!
- Strong academic performance
