Are you an Administrator, with 2+ years’ experience relating to all client admin in financial services?

In-office Monday – Friday (leading to 1 day wfh after 6 months)
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Supporting Investment Management team and their clients
- Liaising with dealers and brokers
- Preparing correspondence and meeting reports
- Using CRM software
- Processing investor applications and coordinating investor processes, including KYC
- Responding to client queries and attending meetings with clients
- Managing multiple appointments within a shared diary
- Keeping files up to date
- Keeping up to date on compliance and regulation
- Arranging events, lunches and meetings
- Attending client and compliance briefings
- Hours 8.30 – 5 and 5 days a week in the office
