Our client is looking for an exceptional individual to provide EA support to a global head who operates at pace across multiple time zones. This is a demanding and hugely rewarding opportunity!

In-office when principals are in – otherwise 3/2.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing a very complex diary for the Global Head
  • Coordinating complex meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Managing global travel logistics, for meetings and events with precision and care
  • Preparing documents, correspondence and briefings in English and French
  • Reviewing documents, proofing and ensuring sign off
  • Handling inbox and information flow, ensuring priorities are clear and followed through
  • Updating contacts on the CRM
  • Supporting expense management, gifting, and operational logistics with professionalism and efficiency
  • Anticipating needs, thinking ahead and helping make every day run smoothly
