We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected financier, board director, and chair of institutions based in London and internationally. He is seeking a calm, organised, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide part-time support.
This role is primarily remote but requires in-person meetings in London approximately 2–4 times per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling appointments with board directors, public company executives, government ministers, and academic institutions globally
- Coordinating business and personal travel, including commercial and private flights, ground transport, itineraries, and agendas
- Preparing board packs, producing meeting notes, and ensuring seamless logistics for meetings and events
- Overseeing event arrangements, including private and corporate events
- Managing both business and family calendars
- Liaising with high-profile stakeholders, government bodies, and publicly listed companies
- Handling occasional property management tasks related to the principal’s residences
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a C-suite Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-level environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal direction
- Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively
Terms & Availability:
- Location:Primarily remote, with in-person meetings in London 2–4 times per month
