\\n\\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected financier, board director, and chair of institutions based in London and internationally. He is seeking a calm, organised, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide seamless support.
\\n\\nIf you enjoy meticulously managing complex schedules, liaising with stakeholders at the highest level as well as supporting with home projects, in English and Spanish, we’d love to hear from you!
\\n\\nResponsibilities:
\\n\\n• Managing complex diaries, scheduling appointments with board directors, public company executives, government ministers, and academic institutions globally
\\n\\n• Coordinating business and personal travel, including commercial and private flights, ground transport, itineraries, and agendas
\\n\\n• Preparing board packs, producing meeting notes, and ensuring seamless logistics for meetings and events
\\n\\n• Overseeing event arrangements, including private and corporate events
\\n\\n• Managing both business and family calendars
\\n\\n• Liaising with high-profile stakeholders, board directors, governments, and publicly listed companies
\\n\\n• Handling occasional property management tasks related to the principal’s residences.
\\n\\nRequirements:
\\n\\n• Proven experience as a C-suite Executive Assistant, within financial services
\\n\\n• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
\\n\\n• Highly organised, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-level environment
\\n\\n• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal direction
\\n\\n• Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively
\\n\\nTerms:
\\n\\n• Location: Primarily remote, with in-person meetings in London 2–4 times per month
\\n\\n• Full time 35 hour week with flexibility to increase occasionally if needed, 25 days holiday
