If so, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll be supporting a Partner in a highly respected family office, working in-office every day in order to build the strong connection that makes this role such a great opportunity!
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Acting as first point of contact and gatekeeper, maintaining and organising inbox and calls
- Proactively managing complex diary; coordinating business meetings
- Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders, building relationships and knowledge
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Drafting, reviewing and editing correspondence
- Preparing for meetings, collating research papers and distributing
- Organising client entertainment
- Working collaboratively with other EAs
The skills you need to bring:
- Significant experience supporting at C-Suite level within a family office or boutique corporate environment
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate across Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems
- Calm, confident and solutions-focused, even in fast-moving situations
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a respectful, ego-free approach
