We’re looking for a polished, professional Receptionist to join a team working for a prestigious Investment Management firm in this six month assignment - start asap!

What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Welcome and engage with clients and visitors
- Manage meeting room bookings, set up and catering
- Oversee reception inbox and switchboard
- Handle post, couriers, and taxi bookings
- Maintain visitor and security access
- Assist the Office Manager and liaise with IT for troubleshooting
- Any ad-hoc duties
