We’re looking for a polished, professional Receptionist to join a team working for a prestigious Investment Management firm in this six month assignment - start asap!

2 shifts: 7.30am- 15:30pm and 10:15am – 18:15pm. Perfect for a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. If you’re service-driven, adaptable, and love being the face of a high-profile firm, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Welcome and engage with clients and visitors
  • Manage meeting room bookings, set up and catering
  • Oversee reception inbox and switchboard
  • Handle post, couriers, and taxi bookings
  • Maintain visitor and security access
  • Assist the Office Manager and liaise with IT for troubleshooting
  • Any ad-hoc duties
