Are you highly organised and proactive and do you have a passion for organising and ensuring everything runs smoothly? Do you have several years’ experience providing PA/Team support to busy professionals in financial services/Private Equity? Do you enjoy being the go-to person for a team?

From managing busy diaries, booking international travel, coordinating meetings and organising corporate events, our client is looking for a fantastic PA/all-rounder with a great attitude to support a dynamic and friendly team and work closely with the other PAs. The culture is high-achieving with a good work/life balance.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Providing seamless PA support to a team of MD & Directors, including complex diary management
  • Coordinating meetings across time zones, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
  • Managing extensive travel arrangements including flights, trains, hotels, visas and dining/meeting venues
  • Processing monthly expenses for the team using Concur, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Formatting presentations and documents in line with company or client branding
  • Planning and execution of events (team drinks, lunches, celebrations, Away Days, corporate events)
  • Providing cover for reception duties during holidays or lunch breaks
  • Supporting with CRM – updating contacts, log meeting notes
  • General admin including filing, scanning, archiving and office errands
  • Supporting the other London PAs with overflow tasks as needed

  • Experience in a similar PA role within finance, consulting, or professional services sector
  • Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Personable and professional, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of personalities and seniority levels
  • A true team player attitude, willing to step in and help wherever needed
