Our client is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Team Assistant to provide support to a busy team, working closely with EAs.
No 2 days will be the same and you\’ll be part of the family from day one
What you\’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Providing support to a busy team, handling diary, travel management and expenses
- Organising internal and external meetings and calls
- Helping to organise internal and external client entertainment/events
- Managing meeting rooms – booking and supplies
- Organising international and UK travel
- Create client invoices/Desk admin
The skills you need to bring:
- Min 2 years\’ experience in a Team Assistant/Secretary role, in a corporate firm, experience in Financial Services a plus
- Must have some global diary travel management experience
- Positive approach
- Ability to engage with people at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Good MS Office skills incl Outlook
