Our client is looking for a professional EA to join their successful and collaborative EA team.

You will support MDs and a small but busy Investment Team in a deal-driven environment, and your role will play a crucial part in the smooth running of the business.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Extensive and complex electronic diary management across multiple time zones
  • Confident gatekeeping, screening calls and managing emails
  • Extensive multi-party meeting organisation
  • Frequently handling last-minute changes and schedule conflicts
  • Global travel arrangements: preparing detailed itineraries
  • Preparation and circulation of complex documents
  • Ensuring team calendar is updated
  • Processing expenses
  • 4 days in office with 1 WFH day

  • Solid EA experience at Director level, ideally gained within Private Equity, Asset Management or Investment Banking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
