Are you a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact? Do you want to work with senior leaders, to join a collaborative, high-performing team supporting governance, operations and membership activities at the heart of wholesale financial markets?
No two days will be the same – you'll play a key role supporting the Chief of Staff - ensuring the smooth running of the organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders, committees and members across the business.
Hybrid and based in the office Tuesday to Thursday.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Coordinating Board, Committee and Working Group meetings from start to finish
- Supporting governance and Secretariat operations
- Managing membership administration and CRM records
- Assisting with publications, communications and website updates
- Providing diary, travel and office coordination support
- Building strong relationships with members and senior stakeholders
The skills you need to bring:
- Experience in an administration, operations, governance, secretariat or coordination role
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine willingness to support the wider team
