Are you a graduate PA with experience supporting executives in a fast-paced dynamic firm in Financial Services? Are you supremely organised and a natural and confident communicator, who is unfazed liaising with senior investors globally? You’ll be fully involved whether it’s an event, high profile talks, presentations, client pitches, capital fund raising - you will be organising it all.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Ensuring Partners’ travel is seamless and cross checked
  • Booking restaurants and venues
  • Juggling busy diaries
  • Creating and sending calendar invites for meetings
  • Troubleshooting IT issues for the two partners
  • Monitoring CRM database and assisting teams with keeping information current and relevant, updating client pipelines
  • Assisting with conferences
  • Event coordination for client entertainment days
  • Designing event material including beautiful invitations
  • Greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the team are fully supported

The skills you need to bring:

  • Graduate with minimum 1 year + supporting executives in corporate environment
  • Confident and proactive approach, able to stay one step ahead
  • Inquisitive mind, eager to learn and grow
