What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Ensuring Partners’ travel is seamless and cross checked
- Juggling busy diaries
- Booking restaurants, and venues
- Creating and sending calendar invites for meetings
- Troubleshooting IT issues for the two partners
- Monitoring CRM database and assisting teams with keeping information current and relevant, updating client pipelines
- Assisting with conferences
- Event coordination for client entertainment days
- Designing event material including beautiful invitations
- Ensuring the team are fully supported
The skills you need to bring:
- Graduate with minimum 1 year + supporting executives in corporate environment
- Confident and proactive approach, able to stay one step ahead
- Inquisitive mind, eager to learn and grow
- Ability to communicate at senior level, globally
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones
- Advanced MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive would be useful)
- Comfortable working with data, producing reports and managing client pipelines
