Are you a team-focused EA, used to providing the highest level of administrative support in a high-performing environment? Do you have proven experience within the Investment sector and do you enjoy a busy, high logistics role? Can you adapt to changing demands and work with a high degree of accuracy? If so, we’d love to hear from you for this lovely role which will start 1st September 2026 but is interviewing now!

Our client is looking for a professional EA to join their successful and collaborative EA team. You will support MDs and a small but busy Investment Team in a deal-driven environment, and your role will play a crucial part in the smooth running of the business.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Extensive and complex diary management
  • Confident gatekeeping, screening calls and managing emails
  • Extensive multi-party meeting organisation
  • Frequently handling last-minute changes and schedule conflicts
  • Global travel arrangements: preparing detailed itineraries
  • Preparation and circulation of complex documents
  • Processing expenses
  • 4 days in office with 1 WFH day

The skills you need to bring:

  • Solid EA experience at Director level, ideally gained within Private Equity, Asset Management or Investment Banking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Resilience and a sense of humour
