This is a demanding and highly rewarding EA role for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, taking ownership, and contributing to the success of a dynamic international business. Our client is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support their COO in a high-impact role working within a collaborative and ambitious team, offering real exposure and the opportunity to grow with the business.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing daily communications with internal and external senior
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for the COO
- Coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and challenging schedules
- Liaising closely with the wider executive and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Planning and supporting board meetings, corporate events, dinners and conferences
- Managing detailed travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visas and transfers
- Preparing and assisting with presentations and executive materials
- Maintaining accurate information logs and meeting records to support compliance requirements
- Handling expense submissions efficiently and accurately
- Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Supporting the smooth running of the London office alongside broader EA responsibilities
