- Jump into high-priority projects and drive them forward with leadership.
- Power day-to-day HR ops; contracts, onboarding, offboarding.
- Keep employee records accurate, secure, and compliant.
- Help scale people initiatives, comms, and internal processes.
- Spot problems before they happen; and solve them fast.
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Bring structure, clarity, and calm to a fast-moving startup.
What Makes You a Great Fit:

- Trusted, discreet, and rock-solid with confidential information.
- Hands-on exposure to HR processes (contracts, onboarding, offboarding).
- Calm under pressure, resilient, and always one step ahead.
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
- Confident communicator; from execs to investors to internal teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and happy to go beyond the traditional EA remit.
- Genuinely curious about how businesses run behind the scenes.
