Are you an experienced corporate access or roadshow professional with 10 years’ + experience in investment banking? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and have a passion for executing world-class events that connect corporates and investors?

Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to join their Corporate Access team in London. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of high-impact events across Europe — including non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, conferences, summits, thematic events, expert forums, and research marketing trips.

The role involves:

  • Planning, managing and delivering all logistical aspects of investor and corporate access events, from venue sourcing and transport to security, catering and AV/tech coordination
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Research, Sales, Specialist Sales, Origination and Banking to define and deliver tailored corporate and investor access events
  • Leading logistics for analyst marketing events and providing onsite support at major conferences and summits
  • Managing vendor relationships, invoice processing and overseeing event budgets
  • Maintaining detailed records, timelines, and reporting across internal systems and platforms
  • Facilitating virtual client engagement using Teams and Zoom
  • Driving “best practice” within the team and assist in training junior or newly joined members
  • Ensuring seamless team coverage across London and Paris offices

The skills you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years relevant experience in corporate access execution, roadshow management, or equivalent roles within investment banking
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines - from initiation to flawless delivery
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach to navigating stakeholder expectations
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and virtual platforms
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages a plus
