A highly regarded Kensington-based family is seeking a professional and proactive Private PA to oversee all administrative and logistical aspects of their household. This is not a role for someone looking to dip their toe in - it requires someone who can take full ownership of the day-to-day operational planning with phenomenal attention to detail.
The household is supported by nannies and a housekeeper - your focus will be entirely on PA duties, not hands-on childcare or housekeeping.
Hours 9 – 6 in-person
Key Responsibilities:- Diary & Scheduling Management
- Oversee complex diaries
- Plan and coordinate term-time, holiday, and half-term schedules well in advance
- Liaise with schools, tutors, and mentors, and manage all associated admin
- Book restaurants, social events and maintain seamless scheduling flow
- Household Operations
- Manage HR records and leave tracking for household staff
- Handle household mail and delegate errands where necessary
- Oversee household standards, check cleaning schedules and completion
- Manage digital admin: scanning, shredding, printer upkeep
- Travel & Holiday Coordination
- Plan and book family holidays including flights, hotels, activities, and staff travel
- Ensure meticulous itinerary planning, cost-checking, and diary alignment
- Purchasing & Inventory
- Manage monthly restocking and consolidate orders
- Oversee online purchases and returns
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor household supplies
