Are you a dynamic, professional PA with extensive experience supporting a HNWI (within a corporate environment)? Do you have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail? Do you have a good eye for numbers, excellent Excel skills as well as strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with others? Are you proactive, with a curious mind and able to provide solutions that deliver results, often with deadline pressures? Are you used to dealing with confidential information, acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact?
Our client is looking for a highly organised PA with sound experience in a corporate environment. This is a busy, high-trust role with a strong focus on projects. This is an in-office role Monday to Friday.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing a complex diary, balancing internal and external priorities
- Handling inbox and communications, keeping things clear and on track
- Organising travel, itineraries, and expenses
- Tracking and paying invoices, reconciling payments, reporting to accountants (using Xero)
- Bookkeeping for private and businesses to report to accountants
- Keeping records for VAT reporting
- Liaising with household staff, builders, renovators, decorators, contractors
- Being the point of contact for investment interests and assisting with business interests
- Assisting with property sales and purchases, rentals etc.
- Managing cars, insurances, etc.
- Collating legal documentation and ensuring a smooth electronic system for tracking documentation
- Arranging personal events
- Supporting leadership meetings, preparing presentations, briefing packs and documents
- Keeping records accurate and handling confidential information with care
- Supporting wider projects and team activity when needed
The skills you need to bring:
- Superb Personal Assistant skills with a background in financial or professional services
- Confident managing complex diaries
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills (particularly advanced Excel and Zero)
- Professional, polished and confident supporting at C-suite level
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
