Are you a bright, articulate and capable Team Assistant with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment? Are you a confident and clear communicator, able to liaise with people at all levels? Our client is a leading climate change organisation and they are looking for a Team Assistant to support 3 Directors. You will work closely with an Executive Assistant who will be a great sounding board and mentor.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and travel
- Liaising with global stakeholders
- Creating reports, presentations and correspondence
- Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels
- Organising lunches, dinners and conference calls
- Ad hoc support to Operations, Finance and HR
