Overview
Are you an experienced EA/PA who loves to be involved and relied upon by a team of executives? Do you pride yourself on a professional and discreet approach? Are you also enthusiastic, proactive and team focused?
The pace is fast in this dynamic boutique Real Estate Investment firm and they are looking for an EA/PA with a good sense of initiative to support a team of 4. This role requires working Monday to Friday in office (9-5.30pm).
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Organising meetings and conference calls, prioritising according to business needs
- Answering and screening calls for the team
- Keeping contacts up to date
- Liaising with multiple suppliers across all projects
- Preparing presentations and formatting documents
- Reformatting legal documentation, contracts and leases etc
- Board support, coordinating quarterly meetings, agenda preparation
- UK and overseas travel arrangements
- Working closely with other Assistants
The skills you need to bring
- Previous EA/ PA experience supporting at MD/Executive Director level
- Real Estate/Property sector experience advantageous, also corporate firm exposure
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Confident communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach
