A leading global investment management firm is seeking a proactive, highly driven Business Management Analyst to partner with divisional leadership and help deliver operational excellence across the organisation.

You will work closely with Division Heads, providing high-quality business support while driving efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals, influence meaningful process improvements and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive global organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance divisional operations, including onboarding, space planning, events and offsites, business continuity and programme administration.
  • Oversee investment technology and equipment ordering, approvals and reporting.
  • Produce divisional reporting and senior-level presentations.
  • Act as a key compliance liaison, supporting regulatory monitoring and joiner, leaver and transfer processes.
  • Lead and support expense and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy.
  • Analyse trends, identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Champion the adoption of technology, processes and policies to drive efficiency and change.
  • Provide project support and act as a proxy for managers when required.
  • Maintain training materials, documentation and cross-coverage to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Promote collaboration, inclusivity and a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience within Investment Management or similar environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive and detail-orientated.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience with expense systems and business management processes.
  • Technically proficient, with hands-on experience using AI tools, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Strong compliance mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about improving how work gets done.
