Are you a bright and curious graduate, or school-leaver with a strong interest in finance and a tech-savvy mindset?
Do you want to learn as you work – while supporting executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
If you are proactive, a great team player, collaborative, detail-minded and ready to join a boutique investment firm, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be in-office every day, working on marketing documents, liaising with senior stakeholders and managing the internal CRM.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
• Marketing support reporting to CEO
• Creating presentations in PowerPoint and new business proposals in Word
• Maintaining library of all presentations
• Generating reports and information from databases and hard files for managing new business leads
• Maintaining and managing new business activities in the CRM (DealCloud)
• Preparing weekly deal sheets (new business pipeline) reports across the business
• Assist with setting up meetings with clients and prospects
• Assist with arranging and hosting events
• Managing RFP and DDQ processes as required
• Content management for both social and business
