Are you a bright and professional PA with experience supporting a successful team in Financial Services? Do you enjoy building strong working relationships? A City-based corporate Investment firm is now looking for a resourceful PA to support a busy team in a very varied role. You’ll be fully immersed from day one in this dynamic firm where the culture is fast-paced but extremely supportive too.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Extensive and often complex diary management, global travel arrangements including visas, passports etc
- Proactively resolving schedule conflicts
- Organising meetings, video and conference calls globally
- Relationship-building at all levels across the business
- Amending presentations and reports
- Expenses reporting and management
- Ad hoc project support, often confidential in nature
- Also providing remote support, working in a collaborative Assistant team 4 days in, 1 WFH day; good hours offering work-life balance
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous administrative/PA experience gained from Financial Services/Investment firm preferred; exposure to Legal/Compliance/Risk/Audit department highly advantageous
- Intermediate level MS Office skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Confident multi-tasker self-starter with ability to work independently
- Ability to build quick work relationships
- Approachable and strong communicator
