A leading global asset manager is hiring a Director to join its EMEA Wealth Distribution team in London, with a focus on Germany and German-speaking Europe. This is a high-impact role supporting regional growth, working closely with senior stakeholders, and acting as a key liaison for client engagement and operational efficiency. You will be supporting the team in a strong period of growth and will be the point of response for all client actions in German-speaking Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries across German-speaking Europe
  • Supporting distribution strategy and infrastructure, including SICAV growth initiatives
  • Preparing client presentations, events, and marketing materials (in German)
  • Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management
  • Maintaining CRM systems
  • Supporting sales strategy execution

What you need to bring:

  • Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels in Germany / DACH region
  • Fluent German and English (written & spoken)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Experience with tools such as Morningstar, FEfundinfo, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI
  • Ability to wear lots of hats and be highly involved
