A leading global investment management firm is seeking a proactive, highly driven Business Management Analyst to partner with divisional leadership and help deliver operational excellence across the organisation.
You will work closely with Division Heads, providing high-quality business support while driving efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals, influence meaningful process improvements and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive global organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and enhance divisional operations, including onboarding, space planning, events and offsites, business continuity and programme administration.
- Oversee investment technology and equipment ordering, approvals and reporting.
- Produce divisional reporting and senior-level presentations.
- Act as a key compliance liaison, supporting regulatory monitoring and joiner, leaver and transfer processes.
- Lead and support expense and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy.
- Analyse trends, identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Champion the adoption of technology, processes and policies to drive efficiency and change.
- Provide project support and act as a proxy for managers when required.
- Maintain training materials, documentation and cross-coverage to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Promote collaboration, inclusivity and a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience within Investment Management or similar environment.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and detail-orientated.
- Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience with expense systems and business management processes.
- Technically proficient, with hands-on experience using AI tools, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Strong compliance mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about improving how work gets done.
