This is a pivotal role. You will be running the office (of 10), dealing with every aspect of the founder’s business life and ensure seamless support to him and the team.
Office-based, 5 days per week
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing complex diaries
- Running meetings, logistics and schedules across the business
- Handling travel arrangements, itineraries, and events
- Running of the office, systems, and suppliers
- Supporting recruitment processes, interviews and onboarding
- Managing a digital filing system and internal documentation
- Managing events, workshops, and client activity
- Managing website and social updates
- Providing broad administrative and operational support
- Staying one step ahead and keeping everything on track
