Do you have exceptional organisational skills, strong judgement and the confidence to manage complex diaries, stakeholders and priorities with ease? Are you proactive, adaptable, and always one step ahead, bringing calm and structure to a dynamic operation?

This is a demanding and highly rewarding EA / Office Manager role for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, taking ownership, and contributing to the success of a growing international business. Our client is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support both the CEO and COO of a rapidly expanding, pan-European Investor. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative and ambitious team, offering real exposure and the opportunity to grow with the business. Primarily London-based, with flexibility and occasional travel in Europe.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing daily communication European offices
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for the CEO and COO
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and challenging schedules
  • Liaising closely with the wider executive and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Planning and supporting board meetings, corporate events, dinners and conferences
  • Managing detailed travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visas and transfers
  • Preparing and assisting with presentations and executive material
  • Maintaining accurate information logs and meeting records to support compliance requirements
  • Handling expense submissions efficiently and accurately
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the London and European office alongside broader EA responsibilities
