An established financial services firm is looking for a Graduate Assistant to join their Investor Relations team.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Working towards developing client relationships
- Assisting in managing the investor roadshow and feedback process from start to finish, for deal, non-deal and corporate access
- Attending investor meetings
- Co-ordinating events, such as conferences, group meetings and site visits
- CRM management and ensuring corporate access regulatory requirements are met
- Putting together accurate and high-quality roadshow schedules and feedback documents
The skills you need to bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Investor Relations/Corporate Access, or as a PA/Team Assistant
- Very strong work ethic and happy to work long hours when needed
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Degree educated ideally with firm knowledge/interest in finance
- Ability to work autonomously, exercise good judgement, knowing when to ask for help and to offer support to the team
- Quick thinker and “can-do” attitude, excellent time management skills
- Advanced MS Office skill including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Some CRM experience would be helpful
