What you’ll be doing day to day
- Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
- Inbox management/gatekeeping
- Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
- Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality
- Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
- Creating and editing reports and presentations
The skills you need to bring
- Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking or Private Equity is essential
- Float EA/PA experience helpful not essential
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate with senior management and executives
