What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing all administration relating to multiple private residences globally
- Meticulously reconciling accounts, payments and household expenditure
- Overseeing insurance policies, invoices and bill payments
- Providing basic technology support and coordinating new equipment setup
- Arranging complex travel itineraries, visas and accommodation
- Coordinating private events, dinners and invitations
- Managing deliveries, online orders and household logistics
- Liaising with household staff, contractors, gardeners, builders and vehicle providers
- Ensuring all household operations run efficiently and seamlessly
