Executive Assistant – Venture Capital

£55,000 – £60,000 + great package

Are you a bright graduate-level EA with an enquiring mind and a passion for finance and technology? Do you want to work for one of the leaders in the VC space?

Are you a born organiser who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes?

We’re looking for an exceptional graduate-level EA/PA to support the Operating Partner of a global Venture Capital fund that backs visionary entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work 1-1 for the Operating Partner – in a true partnership
  • Manage busy calendars and inboxes
  • Arranging meetings, travel, and coordinating
  • Handle sensitive, high-stakes correspondence with finesse and attention to detail
  • Be the backbone of Operating Partner’s team, ensuring smooth and effective projects run from inception to close
  • Working with the Operating Partner you will be fundamental to supporting each transaction
  • Handling the data and the decks and keeping the information flow up to date
  • Answering questions from and on behalf of the partners, the investors and the operating partner
  • Work closely with a small, dynamic team—your role is critical to their success!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A graduate with c 5 years’ experience in a similar PA/EA role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical approach
  • Strong writing skills, and the ability to think creatively
  • A critical thinker who looks to create solutions
  • The confidence to deal with investors and the portfolio managers
  • Comfortable with numbers and data, and keen to learn
  • Strong GSuite, Apple, MS Office, and Keynote
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in the world of tech and start-ups
