Executive Assistant to Senior Partner & CIO
Boutique Asset Management Firm & Family Office – West End
£70,000 + bonus + benefits
An esteemed, boutique asset management firm and family office in London’s West End is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to deliver first-class support (alongside their Senior EA) to their Principal) and Chief Investment Officer.
This permanent position offers the opportunity to join a highly respected, close-knit team in a fast-paced, discreet, and collaborative environment.
You will be a trusted right hand to the Principal and CIO – ensuring seamless support across both their professional and personal lives. You will also be the primary EA to the CIO, managing all aspects of their diary, travel, meetings and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management for the Senior Partner, CIO, CFO, and select board members
- Co-ordination of multi-leg, international travel (business and personal)
- Management of inboxes, contact databases, and confidential records
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing correspondence on behalf of the Principal & CIO
- Taking live and recorded dictation, producing accurate transcripts
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations; capturing concise meeting notes
- Maintaining investment records and liaising with private banking teams
- Supporting professional, political, and charitable engagements
- Liaising with household staff, the Principal’s wife’s part-time PA, and service providers
- Providing logistical support for the Principal’s and CIO’s family, including travel
- Overseeing domestic logistics for the CIO
- Organising private events, cultural outings, and personal engagements
