Hybrid working after probation (3/2). Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of service? Do you demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively? Do you also have some experience supporting HR and/or marketing functions alongside core Executive Assistant responsibilities?
Supporting a highly motivated and successful team of barristers, you will play a key role in supporting a professional, efficient and high-performing environment. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support across the following areas:
- PA support to the Director, marketing and communications and human resources.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing the Director’s day-to-day administration, including diary and expenses, correspondence and documentation, travel and hospitality arrangements, contracts and insurance and internal events.
- Supporting operations and projects through stakeholder liaison, event planning, compliance tracking and delivery of ad-hoc initiatives.
- Supporting annual marketing strategies - monitoring competitors, industry trends, budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Managing CRM, event and marketing systems to track client engagement.
- Overseeing brand consistency, including brochures, newsletters and digital content.
- Supporting marketing, PR and communications activity, including social media management, press releases and targeted campaigns.
- Organising seminars, flagship events, conferences, sponsorships and legal directory submissions, ensuring high-quality execution and member support.
- Maintaining HR records and track staff absence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
- Supporting recruitment processes, including contracts, onboarding documentation, references and NDAs.
- Coordinating staff training and certifications.
