What you'll be doing day to day:
- Extensive diary management
- Inbox management, being a true gatekeeper
- Organising meetings, preparing papers
- Organising and coordinating attendance at lunches/events
- Global travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, expenses
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to handle high levels of confidentiality
- Effectively communicating with direct senior reports and the Board
- 4 days in office with 1 working from home day
