An innovative Venture Capital firm is looking for a resourceful and business-minded EA to support 3 Partners with their hectic lives.

You will work in great state of the art offices full of bright minds.

We are looking for an exceptional Assistant and you'll be the lynch pin for the firm (18 people), this is a blend of office management and EA, no two days will be the same.

Your judgement will be valued and your curiosity with tech and AI will be put to good use.

This is a central, high trust rule working with a team that care and are very well respected.

Hybrid. In the office Monday - Wednesday. Thursday and Friday remote.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Acting as the organisational lynchpin for the Partners
  • Triaging and drafting directly from the Partner's inboxes, handling everything that is within your knowledge base and finding out if outside your experience
  • Managing complex diaries, travel and organising meetings - four very fast-moving diaries - across the globe, anticipating priorities, what needs attention, protecting focus time and using your judgement to balance completing demands
  • Preparing board packs and scheduling IC and board meetings, managing signatories and follow ups, supporting fund raising activities working closely with IR
  • Working closely with stakeholders, investors and portfolio businesses, building external relationships
  • Developing strong working relationships across the whole office; you'll be the person who is central to knowing how things get done, make clear decisions, on board new team members, run review cycles, deal with vendors and visitors
  • Running the office, the events, the supplies
  • Researching and preparing material for meetings
  • Organising internal events and corporate hospitality
  • Supporting with personal administration as required
  • You'll be head of culture and social events
  • The small things - like keeping the plants alive
