As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain in this fast-paced, high logistics role supporting MDs and team – initially a 6 month FTC role with great prospects!
The responsibilities
- Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
- Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
- Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
- Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
- Processing expenses
- Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
- Can work from home 1 day
The skills you need to bring
- SolidTeam EA/PA experience, gained from Banking or Financial Services firm
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Team player and a sense of humour
- Positive self-starter
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
