What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Acting as a true strategic gatekeeper and ambassador, managing a high-volume inbox and calls
  • Orchestrating an ever-evolving, complex diary; anticipating conflicts, aligning priorities and ensuring the Chairman’s time is deployed to maximum impact
  • Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, investors and advisers, building trusted relationships and deepening your understanding of the business
  • Producing impeccably presented documents, reports and board-level presentations
  • Drafting and refining correspondence with clarity, tone awareness and attention to nuance
  • Preparing thoroughly for meetings, collating research, synthesising information and ensuring seamless follow-up
  • Coordinating high-level client entertainment and events with polish and discretion
  • Partnering closely with a collaborative EA team to ensure seamless C-suite support judgement, discretion and precision

  • Proven experience supporting at C-suite or Chairman level within a family office or high-calibre boutique environment
