You’ll be trusted with high-level responsibilities, act as a true business partner, and play a central role in driving key initiatives forward. This is a fully office based role.
In this role, you’ll be:
- Acting as a true gatekeeper and ambassador for the CFO
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the Executive Committee and Board, investors, bankers, and lawyers
- Proactively managing a demanding and ever-changing diary
- Monitoring and prioritising communications across multiple channels
- Preparing insightful, polished materials including reports and presentations
- Gathering and interpreting data to support high-level strategic decisions
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and events
- Taking ownership of special projects, from start to finish
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as an EA at C-suite level within a global, fast-paced environment
- Top-tier organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Gravitas, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication skills
