Our client is looking for a highly accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced fund in Mayfair – a pivotal role combining high-level executive support with team leadership.

What you’ll do:
- Provide complex diary, inbox, and travel management for C-suite executives
- Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare materials, and ensure meticulous follow-up
- Arrange international travel with precision – from multi-stop itineraries to on-the-ground logistics
- Support and orchestrate leadership offsites, townhalls, and senior meetings
- Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to maintain smooth, proactive communication
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the EA team to ensure seamless executive support across the business
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
