Do you enjoy providing true right-hand support and do you thrive in an upbeat, fast-paced culture where everyone pulls together? Do you enjoy a Tech environment? Are you an experienced EA / PA from a technology, financial, professional services or corporate firm?

Our client is looking for a resourceful self-starter to support a senior C Suite, his direct reports and be a ‘go to’ for a busy team! If you understand big-firm culture but love the environment of a boutique financial services firm, this could be perfect for you! There is an opportunity for 1 day a week WFH but you’ll need an in-office working attitude as this is what makes the office a great place to be.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Extensive and often complex diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
  • Global travel arrangements, processing expenses
  • Organising meetings and all associated logistics
  • Coordinating townhalls
  • Attend team meetings, prepare committee meetings
  • Board support/agenda preparation; creating/editing documents, some proof reading
  • Desk/team admin e.g. onboarding new joiners
  • Building and navigating relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Building strong working relationships with all members of the admin team, supporting each other at all times

The skills you need to bring:

  • EA / PA experience from a technology/financial/professional services or corporate firm background
  • An interest in Tech
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Team player approach, keen to work on different projects
  • Excellent attention to detail with discretion
  • Pitch-in mentality
